FYI - This release will be when Red Hat build of Jaeger rebrands as Red Hat distributed tracing 2.0 

Note that "distributed tracing" should be lower case, not capitalized.

This release will include:

• Changing the product name from Jaeger to distributed tracing (update the variable in jaeger-document-attributes.adoc)
• Changing the product version (update the variable in jaeger-document-attributes.adoc)
• removing previous channels in the Operator (edit jaeger-install.doc step 6/line 36)
• Addition of a new logo (doesn't affect docs, just FYI)
