Update the upstream/downstream differences topic for 2.2

Jamie's 2.2 feature status doc (need to document the major features listed as not supported, should probably coordinte with Jamie on which ones we want to mention in the docs)
Differences between upstream and downstream is causing support issues because customers will do something upstream then come downstream and not understand why something doesn't work. We need to make it clear ahead of time why something might not be working to prevent support issues from increasing.
