Document for Multi-Cluster Federation on ROSA environment

      QE Deployed the Federation environment on ROSA Multi-Cluster. It deployed as expected.

      Remove this line: Service Mesh Federation is not supported between clusters on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), or OpenShift Dedicated (OSD).  (leave this line in the 2.1 RN, ROSA wasn't tested/supported when we released 2.1)

      Service Mesh Federation is supported between clusters on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA)

      Note: ROSA supports Multi-Cluster and Single Cluster of Service Mesh Federation.
