2.2 Control Plane version is missing in 2.2.1 SMCP

      I have deployed the 2.2.1 Operators from Stage in OCP 4.10 cluster.

      Trying to Create the 2.2 CP.

      The 2.2 control plane is not present in the Control Plane drop-down.
