Since there are major changes coming in the upgrade from Istio 1.4 to 1.6 that we'll be releasing in OSSM 2.0, we should try to give customers some sort of advance warning about deprecated features.

If Engineering could write up a short list of deprecated features that are most likely to impact customers, the docs team can document the deprecated features in the Release Notes (OSSM 1.0.12 and 1.0.6 are targeted for July 29th).

Have been any additional discoveries since this was written up?  Also it would be nice to have clarification on the status of Mixer in Istio 1.6 (deprecated but still there?).
