The Jaeger team is planning to release a z-stream release Wednesday November 18th.   "Move to ubi8 (for OCP4.7), bug fix TRACING-1631 (multi jaeger instance affecting es-operator upgrade)"

TRACING-1631 was a customer issue, so we should update the release notes to note the fix.
