In the Jaeger docs section 5.11.4 there are tables describing the Elasticsearch options for auto provisioned (with Elasticsearch Operator) and self provisioned (using "es." prefixed options.

The two sets of options are being mixed, so I think it will be confusing to end users which should be placed where in the Jaeger CR.

Auto provisioned options (and examples) should be placed in one section, describing the options that go under "storage/elasticsearch". And then have a separate section for self provisioned, where the options go under "storage/options/es".
