Describe the issue:

Documentation on how OSSM is upgraded to consume z stream updates is missing from the documentation.

(the docs for upgrading that are present refer to 1.y to 2.y upgrades)

Suggestions for improvement:

Service Mesh gets upgraded in the same manner as Jaeger.
