Installer cleanup - Attempt to clarify version confusion.

      Since the release of OSSM 2.0, there has been increasing confusion around what the various version numbers mean.  I'm going to run through the installation on OCP 4.6, and then attempt to clarify each time they encounter a version number what that version means.
