Describe the issue:

As per te Doc [1], Installed Elastic search operator with instaltion mode as A specific namespace on the cluster option will have issue as this will Manage only to openshift-operators-redhat namespace,Due to the If someone want to deploy servicemesh Jaergar with Elastic search on istio-system then it will not deploy the Elastic search

Suggestions for improvement:

On the Doc we need to mention Ensure that the All namespaces on the cluster is selected under Installation Mode. during the Elastic searc installation.
