When following the upgrade steps there are two edits that are necessary to the captured smcp resource pulled from the existing control plane namespace.  Note that this is specific to blue/green deploy.  For an in-place upgrade/replacement then skip the first bullet.

• The user will need to do a global search/replace from the existing namespace to the new namespace in the ${MESH_NAME}.v2.yaml file.
• The user will need to remove all lines with "version: v1.1" in the ${MESH_NAME}.v2.yaml.

Both the above are necessary before applying this to the new namespace.
