The namespace used/suggested in the guide for migration is different from one step to the next.

• Both istio-system-upgrade and istio-system-update are used.
• The documentation also fails to mention that namespace should be modified in <smcp_name>.v2.yaml in order to create the new ServiceMeshControlPlane via the oc command.
