As a Service Mesh user, I have documentation that tells me to how to validate Istio resources using Kiali.

In traffic management, add steps to validate Istio resources using Kiali (this can probably be broken down more - may be an epic on its own).

This whole assembly needs to be reworked to be more user/task focused.  This may need to be broken into smaller tasks with new user stories for each of the resources (route, gateway, routing rule, destination rule, service entry, etc.)
