Description
- Remove v2.0 tests (but don't decrease test coverage, i.e. if there is only a test for 2.0, but it applies to multiple versions, it would need to be migrated to a new version, e.g. latest or all supported)
- Remove user facing text that references 2.0 (ie: https://github.com/maistra/istio-operator/blob/cd3ab5275edddb3cd7a29f37b51cc52ef78d6858/build/manifest-templates/clusterserviceversion.yaml#L253) )
- Remove references to v2.0 images (Refine further, would this cause serious problems for anyone whose operator auto-updated and still had a v2.0 smcp? is that something we should worry about?)
