For OSSMC to be accessible in the same way as OSC, UX has said it should support dark mode.

This would apply to Kiali's plugin components and does not necessarily have to be available in the upstream.

Note that for the graph, Patternfly Topology purports to support a dark mode.  Effort to have a supported dark mode for the cytoscape graph is perhaps not needed (unless desired for upstream).
