[Kiali QE] - Gateway API support and Config Wizard

    Description

      Kiali master is supporting K8s Gateway API.
      The epic is https://github.com/kiali/kiali/issues/5026

      Currently done items are:
      1. Gateway API objects (K8s Gateway, HTTPRoute) are listed in Kiali Istio Config list.
      2. New K8s Gateway object can be created in Istio Config Actions.
      3. K8s Gateway API traffic can be created in Service details Actions dropdown wizard.

      QE:
      1. Setup K8s Gateway API into OCP Cluster like described in these steps: https://istio.io/latest/docs/tasks/traffic-management/ingress/gateway-api/#setup
      2. Create K8s Gateway objects via Istio Config lists Actions dropdown wizard. Verify the work of wizard.
      3. Create K8s Gateway Routing via Service details Actions dropdown wizard item "K8s Gateway API Routing", this will create HTTPRoute objects. Verify the work of wizard.
      4. Verify that created Gateway and HTTPRoute objects are shown in Istio config lists.
