Upgrade jenkins CSBs to 2.361.2 by by 2022-12-08

Dear Jenkins CSB Users,

The Data & Operations team announces that the next CSB release of
Jenkins 2.361.2 and its update center is now available on PSI OpenShift.
There is an upgrade deadline specified by the PSSC team[4] to 2022-12-08.

To get your Jenkins instance upgraded, follow the upgrade guide[1] and
the self-service upgrade procedure[2]. If you encounter problems
upgrading, raise a ticket for D&O[3].
