Description - Kiali console shows Jaeger Unreachable after upgrading the SMCP  control plane from version 2.0 to 2.1

OCP Version:  4.9.46

SMCP Version: v2.1.5

Additional Information:

We have checked the following information.

1. Kiali CR has correct Jaeger URL
2. Curl from the Kiali pods to Jaeger svc and route is successful
3. We have not seen any unreachability messages related to Jaeger in kiali pod logs
