Duration dropdown on the Graph page contains less options than expected

      This ticket is related to this failed test: 

      When I go to the Graph page and choose the "Traffic metrics per refresh" dropdown, only 8 out of 11 options are presented. The last 3 are missing. Doesn't seem like an issue on the upstream version.
