Kiali shows empty Error when Jaeger is unavailable

      Happens on OSSM 1.1.1 with Kiali 1.12.7.
      When Jaeger pod is not available, in Kiali UI it shows empty Error notification while logging in first time, user does not see what is the problem.
      "Distributed Tracing" link is not working.

      "1 errors.go:21] jaeger is not available" in Kiali backend logs.
