The maistra-2.2 branch of maistra/envoy structurally fails integration tests in CI, because of failing certificates. In order to fix this, we should regenerate the test certificates plus make any other changes needed to get integration tests to pass again to the upstream v1.20 release branch. Once those land, we can merge these changes into our maistra-2.2 branch.
