Kiali currently hardcodes its own relatedImages section (but today, it erroneously does not have the operator image itself - I only recently found out we need that). It also has KIALI_IMAGE_xyz environment variables. However, we can remove that relatedImages and rename our env vars to RELATED_IMAGES_xyz and in the near future, the relatedImages section will be created for us by our build automation.

So, this issue is to do two things:

1) remove relatedImages from the kiali olm metadata
2) rename the env vars in the kiali CSV so they are called RELATED_IMAGES_xyz
