IOR findService queries the API server for each namespace

    Description

      Acceptance criteria:

      • remove the for loop
      • ensure that it works without it
      • enhance this unit test

      When the IOR findService method executes it will query the API server to retrieve pods and services in every namespace enlisted within the mesh
