    Description

      There are no changes in Kiali so it should be enough to run Kiali tests only against OCP 4.11.

      Full maistra, upgrade and disconnected testing is required.
      There are changes in all 3 smcp versions (2.0.z, 2.1.z, 2.2.z) so we need to test all of them.
