Installed OSSM 1.0.10 with Jaeger 1.13.1 with production-elasticsearch template. Then Jaeger got updated to 1.17.1, the Jaeger CRD configuration is updated but still configured to use 1.13.1 images. The jaeger pods failed to boot because of the image version and configration version mismatch.

To reproduce, install old version of Jaeger then OSSM with production-elasticsearch jaeger template:

          jaeger:
            template: production-elasticsearch

Upgrade Jaeger, oc get jaeger -o yaml, we can see 1.13.1 images specified and the status part shows 1.17.1.
