Currently our Maistra-test-tool does not have any specific settings for mTLS.
We also may not be running tests with mTLS.

We should consider adding capability to run Maistra-test-tool (or Traffic management part of it) with mTLS.

Possible solutions are:
add mTLS option in Jenkins Maistra install job(s) OR
add a variable before kicking of Maistra-test-tool
