As a part of PR, there were merged changes in NPM scripts, which shouldn't be approved.

This changes resulted in disabling upstream cypress testing suite. Almost for two weeks no one checked results from CI pipeline (GH actions, OCP nightly)

One possible solution how to avoid this is to check upstream results more frequently.
