On Kiali custom dashboards the vertical axis labels overlay.
Tested on FF and Chrome.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install SM 1.1 with Kiali 1.12.5 and some custom dashboard of runtime metrics, for instance https://github.com/jotak/demo-mesh-arena
• Open any of those custom dashboards, for example "JVM Metrics" of "ai-locals" Workload.
  The vertical axis labels of first chart are overlay, also on the second chart.
