Background
SM Extension is known to be incompatible with OpenShift 4.11.
We tested it via OSSM-1643 and most tests passed.
There are a few failures in Maistra.

This ticket is to retest SM Extension with OpenShift 4.11 in OSSM 2.2.1 time frame to confirm incompatibility issue is fixed in 2.2.1 as planned.

Procedures
Updated the Cluster from 4.10 to 4.11 successfully.

After Upgrade, verified the SM 2.2 operators, Pods and Control Plane. Everything runs successfully without any error

Verifying the Maistra Test Automation:

These 4 test cases are failing: T9, T10, T25, and T31( test with AWS Cluster) test cases that failed will reverify with the 2.2.1 release with OCP 4.11
