Kiali has a strong dependency on the Istio version.
From Istio 1.5/1.6, telemetry model and configuration entities may have changes that may impact core features in Kiali like graph generation, wizards, or configuration validation.

This EPIC is to track the efforts on the following areas:

• Dependency on Istio version choosen by Maistra 1.2 for OSSM 1.2.
• Validate Kiali with future Istio version (Istio 1.5/1.6/1.7?).
