It seems that this REG_SVC_CI token used in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/istio/shared-jenkins-utils/-/blob/master/one-deploy/one-ocp-install.groovy#L303 is expiring after one month. I used my personal token for now as a workaround. We need to use some token which does not expire or automatically renew it.
