Kiali: istiod service not found when ServiceMeshControlPlane has a custom name

      1. Create a `ServiceMeshControlPlane` (SMCP) with a custom name.                              
      2. Deploy the custom SMCP. 

      3. Wait for the control plane to be ready, then verify the `istiod` service name.                  4. Check the Kiali logs for errors.

      The Kiali UI is unable to connect to the Istio control plane. Kiali logs show errors like WRN Unable to get ready status of istiod and pods/portforward is forbidden.

      • The Role/RoldBinding has the correct portforward permissions.
      • Kiali CR that the Maistra operator created has istiod_deployment_name configured.
