The Library correctly calls ComputeValues, but ComputeValues currently rely on reading a config.properties file injected into the container based on annotations in the ClusterServiceVersion by OLM. This is not available when the library is used by another container. Some level of unification is required for default behavior, even tho the Library will have a "override" option available.
