      Upstream epic: https://github.com/kiali/kiali/issues/7261

The story covers an initial support of SPIRE in Kiali. This includes recognition of those Workloads (Deployments, etc...) which are configured to use SPIRE for Identity management.

The recognition of those Workloads are done in an order of checking values for:

      1. Workload Template Annotations.
      2. Workload Template Labels or Workload Labels.
      3. Workload Pods Labels.

More SPIRE support features in Kiali will be done in scope of other Jira stories in future releases and will be linked to this Jira.
