There is currently no clear guide or documentation explaining how to run a local development environment on OpenShift. The existing docs also do not specify that there is a dependency on the downstream repository, which is required for a complete and functional setup.

This dependency is important because all changes should be validated not only for the upstream project but also for RHDH. Without this information, contributors may miss important steps, leading to incomplete testing or inconsistencies between upstream and downstream environments.
