Add a section to OSSM's observability documentation to document using Istio/Envoy's access logging for logging traffic in/out of workloads. Logging traffic in/out of workloads is a common use case for services mesh - both for understanding workload behaviours and as a pillar of zero trust security. 

Draft notes from rhn-support-milang, which can be used to develop the developer draft documentation in preparation for the official product doc.
