      Update jenkins pipelines and hive resources after OCP 4.20 release

      • latest-ga should install OCP 4.20
      • hive pools should contain OCP 4.20
      • there should be posibility to install OCP 4.20 nightly, 4.21 nightly and 4.21 ec via hive
      • rotate all existing pool clusters
      • verify that installation via hive (latest-ga), rosa, upi works for 4.20
