Implement /services endpoint to return all services within a given namespace, including labels, selectors, and mesh participation details (mTLS, traffic policy, etc.).
This will complement the workload inventory and support graph visualization.

Deliverables:

• /services?namespace= endpoint.

• Query from Kubernetes API or MCP cache.

• Unit and integration tests.
