Add an endpoint (/mesh) that aggregates high-level information such as control plane version, number of namespaces, total workloads, gateways, and overall mTLS coverage.
This will serve as a central summary point for UI dashboards.

Deliverables:

• /mesh endpoint with computed mesh metadata.

• Aggregation of control plane and namespace-level data.

• Unit and functional tests.
