Expose an endpoint that provides detailed information about workloads participating in the mesh, including namespace, labels, version, mTLS status, and proxy sync state.
This data will support topology, validations, and health views in Kiali.

Deliverables:

• /workloads endpoint returning structured JSON.

• Integration with Kubernetes API and Istio proxies.

• Unit tests and sample response schema.
