We want to define and "release confidence score" based on data from Report Portal and other sources, so that we can make data-driven release decisions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Identify and document the key metrics that will contribute to the confidence score (e.g., test pass/fail rates, flaky test trends, new vs. resolved issues, code coverage, test vs release candidates).
• Research and propose a suitable AI/ML framework for calculating the score.
• Develop an initial version of the confidence score algorithm.
• Create a dashboard to visualize the confidence score and its component metrics.
