Existing service mesh users may wish to adopt ambient mode in a mesh that already contains sidecar workloads. If this is supported, we should provide a procedure for how to do this. Validating this use case is covered by this issue: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-10823

This procedure will be for them, with the pre-requisite that there is an existing OSSM installation (existing operator and Istiod) and modifications will be made to introduce ambient mode.
