We document how to use OpenShift Service Mesh with cert-manager in this documentation here. We must validate if the procedure is still the same with ambient mode or if there additions/updates needed if the user is choosing ambient mode.

Desired outcome:  A confirmation that there are no changes needed to our documentation with cert-manager for ambient mode or a list of changes (draft documentation) for the updates needed to the docs, which can then be added to an issue for the doc team to pick up.
