ZTunnel is dependent on istiod. The two are separate charts but they should share many values such as network and clusterName. Adding a targetRef field to ZTunnel linking it to an Istio or IstioRevision would allow the ZTunnel config to stay in sync with the istiod.

For RevisionBased upgrades, it may also benefit to have a targetRef to allow the ZTunnel to stay in sync with the latest revision. Otherwise you would need to manually specify the new revision on the ZTunnel resource during an upgrade. The Istio revision pruning may need to be updated to take into account any ZTunnels that are referencing it.

Need to investigate and provide a clear instruction of RevisionBased upgrade between Istio resource and ZTunnel resource. Complete the above feature implementation if needed.
