Before releasing Service Mesh Ambient mode GA, we should investigate and provide a clear instruction doc or blog about a safe migration from Sidecar mode to Ambient mode. So users can try their existing mesh from using sidecar proxies to Ambient mode using Ztunnel and Waypoint components.

Acceptance criteria:

• Collect information and existing issue(s) when migrating or upgrading Istio Sidecar mode to Ambient mode.
• Investigate Istio Sidecar mode , Ambient mode profiles and each feature label configuration.
• Investigate Istio migration from Sidecar mode namespace to Ambient mode namespace when enrolling a Waypoint Gateway component there.
• Investigate impacts on existing mesh workload and deployment restart steps. 
• Address issue(s) or implement helpful migration feature in Sail Operator if needed.
• Provide a doc about migrating Istio sidecar mode to Ambient mode running on OpenShift.
