These are the links changes needed for making the docs migration ready:

1. Make all link content clickable.
2. Check the noun definer for all external links. For example, Kubernetes “documentation”.
3. Check for extra capitalisation in link text.
4. Check and remove ID-based xrefs.
5. Re-check for unnecessary links.
6. Remove or update outdated links.
7. If the information is critical, consider including it instead of cross-referencing.
8. Place links in procedure modules where they support the task, such as in prerequisites, relevant steps, or UI references can remain inline.
9. Be judicious with your linking. If you have a dozen links in your additional resources section, you might need to remove some.
10. Additional resource sections in DITA do not allow extra text. Check.
