We need to create a new POC that helps us to identify the data structure, the best way to send the result to the new report portal instance, and set the base for future work with the tool

We need to define:

• Handle authentication for the midstream and downstream job against Report Portal
• Integrate one key test suite to start showing information and help us define more of the changes.
• Define a data structure to help filter and metrics do the magic.
• Build one basic dashboard.
