INSTRUCTIONS FOR OSSM 3.2.0: ossm-3.2 already exists in ossm.json in the ps_update_streams section. All that should have to be done for OSSM 3.2.0 is add "ossm-3.2" to active_ps_update_streams, default_ps_update_streams, and moderate_ps_update_streams.
