OSSM 3.0.5 & 3.1.2 (Pre ReleaseCandidate) Update RPMs in Konflux

      Update RPM dependencies of every branch for each Konflux repository (ossm or kiali)

      • OSSM -> Run `make generate-rpm-lockfiles` for each OSSM branch
        • You must fill in the following environment: 
        • REGISTRY_USER='' REGISTRY_PASSWORD='' RPM_ACTIVATION_ORG='' RPM_ACTIVATION_KEY='' make generate-rpm-lockfiles
      • Kiali -> Run `make generate-lockfiles` for each Kiali branch
