I've followed the installation steps for Service Mesh 1.0GA on OpenShift 4.1 and everything deploys including Kiali. I've deployed 3scale-istio-adapter in the same namespace (istio-system) and I'm now expecting to be able to configure it in the Services tab of Kiali but I don't see any dropdown entry for it under Actions.
Not sure if I'm missing a step.
